THOMAS BECHT... THE ULTIMATE EXAMPLE OF FAIR JUDGING!

 JUDGES  THOMAS BECHT
Thomas Becht.. there are so many things being said of him... he is a school drop out, has a lack of intellect or understanding of other cultures and societies, he is racist, he is a judge who was bought by a very famous Russian kennel, he is arrogant, he needs help from other judges on what the breed standard asks for, he has no mind of his own - only for his master Hans Wiblihauser, and much more..

But let us state some obvious facts.

He is the owner and breeder of Vom Klingbach Kennel.

These are some shows personally judged by Herr Thomas Becht. Please see the highlighted results -

There is not much left to say is there? ...........

Except the FCI Regulations do state clearly-
A judge cannot judge any dog that he has either owned, co-owned, conditioned, kept or sold in the six months preceding the show where he is officiating. The same applies to dogs owned by a partner, a member of his immediate family or any person living with him in his household.

AND THIS IS THE MAN WHO WILL BE THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE DV AND THE IDC?
DO WE WANT SUCH A JUDGE?

Stella v. Klingbach, DV Siegerin 2011

PERHAPS IN THE NEXT SHOW HE JUDGES, JUST GIVE HIS DOGS THE TROPHIES, SAVES EVERYONE THE TIME AND ENTRY FEES.

  1. Me neither. This is simply outrageous! What kind of judge would give wins to his own dogs and on regular basis. This guy is a regular moral midget.

  2. I am sure there are other judges that do this , He is certainly not the only one. Let us cast stones at them all. They do not follow there own rules ????

  4. Who cares WHO is behind this blog ? The showresults are official, here it is just set in a list for us to see easier.
We all were shaking our heads when Becht gave Stella Bundessiegerin, and RULES IS RULES. Even for a IDC judge!!

  5. You have to be anonymous - otherwise they ban you for telling the truth

  6. Well it would be a lot easier to just change rules, we have the rules stated that a judge cannot judge its own bred dog, or a dog who it owns or has owned or family owns (no time limit) and also the judges in our country do not accept judging their bred dogs in foregin countries where it can be allowed, it is just so unethical. So this would say about all if the rules were like this everywhere.
And in that FCI rule it does not say that he cannot judge its own bred dogs, and if we take for example Naemi then he isn´t owned by him , yes he owned her at puppy age but 6 months has passed a long ago. Although then how he could judge Stella in puppy and baby classes.O)PS I do not know who owns Stella. But even if he does not own Stella then It should have been impossible to judge her in baby class, but thinking that baby and puppy classes are not exactly official classes then maybe that is why it was allowed.

Also being under Bechts judgement then when he had no political factors at the show then he was a fair judge. So for me it came as a big suprise when I saw him judging at IDC, and many other shows and with terrible choises made.

  7. But look when he judges elsewhere, especially in Russia. Always places the certain kennel first. Is it no wonder everyone knows he is bought by them? This man has no honor or self-respect, yet acts like a bully and boss at IDC.

  8. I am sure Mr. Becht knows about dogs, and he probably has eye for what is good and what is bad in a dog...it is just that he is not using that same eye when it comes to the other things in life, such as basic ethics or simple respect for other people. Could it be because he is a German or has it something to do with his upbringing?

  9. What an idiotic post. The exactly same aplies to tens and tens other judges. You point out only Becht making him seem worse than all the other who do the same since years in many countries. The right kennel name or at least the right kennel name of one of the parents of the dog makes a show career so much easier under several judges. Bech is like everyone else. No better, no worse.

I say judges should be even prevented to judge the dogs from their own breeding because obviously ethics does not work.

  12. I think Becht is pointed out because of his importance in IDC... or so he thinks. This man may be the next president of IDC and if he is judging and behaving like this now, its not good for our breed future.

  16. It is so pathetic when the only way to get fame is to let your own dogs and breeding win. The missuse of ethics and power should be punished by FCI as it is very clear that this judge is not judging according to the reglement of FCI. So many rules have been broken and this should be brought to the attention of the german kennel club and FCI. All judges must obey these rules regardless of show being official or not. Go to the FCI website where you can all read what FCI say about judges conduct. But as long as nobody complains this powerplay will continue. I didn't go to the last couple of IDC because I lost faith. But I hear so many things that are disgraceful and corrupt that IDC is a past for me. I hear that some 60 dogs was thrown from the rings on very wage grounds last IDC, Judges checking pedigrees in the ring before judging them, that is not allowed at any circumstanses!! Why do these judges think that they can do this without punishment from in first instance the Hungarian Kennel Club only shows the gravity and length of corruption. This is our hobbie and showing at IDC the highlight for all breeders where the best speciments should be in front, which isn' t the case nowadays. We rely on weak judges plying favourgames. How shameful!

This is one of the greatest truths posted here, the exhibitions are shit, judges who do not understand anything of the breeds, judges understood breeders are the worst biased and vindictive. How many breeders are in a country and those participating in exhibitions? Why? Because not all people are stupid or want to be abused by people incompetent and corrupt.
The most serious are the exhibitions held by the breed clubs that serve exclusively for the benefit the friends and to attack anyone who is not with them. It is in this example that we put
Mr. Becht. When a standard exhibition is shit hopefully an event organized exclusively for the breed with people and judges the breed to be honest is the most crooked of any one! For better or for worse only shows the FCI should be official all others should not count for anything, serious people should not involved participate or give importance to results without honesty.
Today no matter breed serious and well the most important is to be submissive and belongs to groups

  19. This is such a stupid article and full of false information! I know Thomas Becht, i got mz Doberman from him and he is in no way stupid or racist! He used to train me and my dog and i couldnt have found a better trainer anzwhere in the world!! All his dogs are of extremely high quality and there are other judges as well, and no, he wouldnt accept bribes!! This is so hilarious, i don't know whether i should laugh or get mad at this article, sounds to me like it is written by a jealous hater!

  21. Congratulations Silke. You are the 1 percent of the Dobermann world which is blind, deaf and obviously new. Open your eyes and ears. Even foreign clubs hate him. You have no idea what he did. I dont know to laugh or cry for you. Sounds to me you are between his legs often.

  22. The way people report here about Mr. Thomas Becht fills me with disgust. Stick to proven facts only and write them down here in a normal polite way. If that's too hard to do, it says a lot about the writer.
Fact is that Mr. Thomas Becht does support long ears and a tail, as Mother Nature always wanted a Dobermann to be like. Opposing brutality of people as to docking tails and clipping ears and he is thoroughly investigating Dobermanns on all kinds of diseases that harm this noble breed, due to only-money-thinking breeders? So please stick to proven facts and leave your impolite comments to yourselves only.
