Yes. We agree this dog is in fact a very nice Dobermann... for family and home and as a wonderful friend. I am sure Heidi has wonderful times with him, and he is a nice family dog.
However, our problem is the usage of Athos and his owner. They are sadly, simply become pawns in the IDC Game. We have nothing against Athos and his proud owner. It is always a great privilege to own a Sieger dog. But to make him an IPO qualified dog because of other pressures, and then to have him criticized because of some powerful people decision for him to be Sieger.. this is our problem.
We feel for Athos and Heidi. But we also take a stand on his selection as Sieger and breed representative, because of the politics involved. Athos and Heidi are victims of the IDC. Sadly, this dog who is a nice fellow, has become the target of the IDC and the repercussions of being the Sieger.
Athos is nice, Heidi is nice. But they are victims of the IDC. This dog is simply not Sieger material and his IPO is just an attempt at its justification. Shame on the IDC!
Not exactly .Athos , like all IDC siegers , have only one problem :THEIR GENETIC based again and again and again in same trend Forell and Frankenhirst bloodlines which produce a genetical bottlenek , destroyed race anticorps , downgraded the average age to 7-8 , introduced phisical and characterial molosoidal traits in dobermann race and transform a healtly race in a ill one.

ReplyDeleteDo not put all the blame on IDC for this one. This breeder and owner will go far,and beyond for the chance to having the new Fedor.
On paper it all looks nice. What is the real life is totally different.
Oh -maybe not on paper it looks that nice - or why have the police records on this breeder for long time now?
What is the history and position Nemesis in all this? The results are dubious? All?
